This is how people are making money on global warming grants too. Put the weather station at airport runways, build concrete cities around them. Ignore data that doesn't agree.

I thought it was going to be Waffle House before I scrolled all the way down.
I learned that in coolege with an honest professor. Since then I've had to brign that little fact up in a few conversations with "climate change, we're all gonna die" people, and they really hate that, so much so that none have acknowledged it, and one of those people was actually a career long CARB employee.
You don't have to deal with restroom issues, homeless, customers in the store getting stupid and violent, etc. when you do that setup. I'm surprised they haven't gone to food truck franchises to avoid local property taxes.
