Right after she had to stifle her own laughter from just the thought of the joke.
The hypocrisy and audacity of these people... (yep I said it, "THESE PEOPLE", because they give their whole race a bad image) make it hard to remember that there are black men and women who are deserving of respect and some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
I wonder if they realize or even care that they are setting their whole race back socially by glorifying that rotting waste of a human being.
I've used my seatbelt for that metric before.
I had a passenger on a few trails in Western WA, because she wasn't comfortable driving her XJ on said trails. First thing she always did was put her seat belt on and pull it as tight as possible. Then as we approached any slightly off camber areas you could almost feel her apprehension. I told her that there's nothing to worry about until you see me put my seat belt on.
She asked why... I told her if you see me put my seat belt on it means I'm about to some REALLY SKETCHY SHIT, and that she'd probably want to get out instead of clutching on to the oh shit handle for dear life. She gave me a deer in the headlight look and finally said... "Ok then". We came up to a really off camber turn through a creek and over some boulders that took a spotter for anyone who hadn't been across it before. It got to my turn and the second I reached for my seat belt, she flung hers off and was out the door before I got mine buckled...
Some of you Wet Side, WA wheelers might know of the trail I'm talking about. It was called the Shaw Lake trail out Highway 2 a little past Sultan.
