Anybody up for a random meme dump?

If he did it to them, he would be arrested for assault. It's time to take away police privilage and make them live like the rest of us.

Same gun laws, same rules of engagement. He would have been better off if they weren't there to protect the other guy from what he deserved. Seems they protect criminals from consequences.

Urine is a bodily fluid, last time I checked. Bodily fluids can transmit all manner of nasty things. Even spitting on someone is considered a punishable offense, do it to an officer and they stick you in a spit hood and charge you with assault. I feel like intentionally pissing on multiple people, in public, no less, surely qualifies similarly.

From a legal website, sure sounds like that situation ticks most, if not all, of the boxes...

Assault with bodily fluids refers to actions where an individual intentionally uses or threatens to use another person’s body fluids in a way that causes fear, injury, or actual harm. This type of conduct is considered a serious criminal offense in many U.S. jurisdictions, often treated as aggravated assault or a similar crime. The specifics vary by state, but the core elements typically include intentional conduct, exposure to bodily fluids, and the resulting risk or harm. This article outlines the legal framework, typical charges, penalties, defenses, and steps to take if exposed to bodily fluids.

What Constitutes Assault With Bodily Fluids

Elements commonly required for a conviction include intentional action and a measurable impact on another person. Examples often cited in statutes or case law include spitting, throwing, or splashing blood, saliva, urine, vomit, semen, or other bodily fluids at or onto another person. In some cases, merely threatening to use bodily fluids or dissemination through contaminated surfaces can satisfy the assault element if it creates apprehension of imminent harm. The behavior must be voluntary and directed at another person, not accidental.
Key factors that influence a case include:

  • Intent: The offender’s purpose to harm, threaten, or intimidate.
  • Exposure risk: Whether the act creates a credible threat of infection or physical harm.
  • Nature of fluids: Bodily fluids may carry biological hazards; the presence of pathogens can affect charges and penalties.
  • Context: Public settings, recidivism, or domestic disputes can elevate the seriousness of the offense.

Don’t expect reason or logic in law.

Creation AND enforcement

I looked Baltimore, Maryland only considers both the urinating on someone and the exposure to a minor child, misdemeanors, and not arrestable offences unless physically witnessed by the police. A warrant has to be issued. A little follow up on the social media post and I found out that while they could not arrest the fucker on the spot it was indeed their job to follow up with the paperwork to obtain a warrant and that the pigs in the video were just being lazy when they told the father if he wanted anything done about it it was up to him... After instant massive backlash from the video going viral there was a warrant issued for the guys arrest, that's as far as what I could find in a quick search.

Everyone around the public-piss-assaulter should have beat the crap out of the dude.

I blame phone cameras. In the old days, the guy wouldn't have walked out of a concert (or anywhere) after doing that.

People would beat you for much less. You knew it and didn't push things. Now everyone pushes everywhere.

I've always said if law collapes, a large group of people would disappear. I know 2 around our area that have given FBI and police crap in their homes. I bet those types would be some of the first to go.

Could you imagine what would happen to someone in the 50s or 60s harassing law enforcement at their homes?

I suspect if this had happened anywhere but the hyper-liberal central swath of this place, things might have gone a bit differently. I can say for sure folks here on the eastern shore don't tend to see eye-to-eye with the d-bags "in charge of shit" across the bay in Annapolis. The closest I ever get to Baltimore is the beltway. Not dipping even a little toe into the cesspool within. If it disappeared in a massive sinkhole tomorrow, pretty sure the sun would shine a little brighter and birds would sing a little louder. Even more so if it pulled the entirety of DC down with it. I can dream... :)

Like that guy sitting behind Tyson on an airplane giving him shit. Tyson turned around, punched him.

Apparemtly real life isn't the internet.

Got what he deserved as far as I'm concerned. Actually, I think Mike should've given him a few more, maybe shift his nose permanently to one side so the guy remembers his dumb shit every day he looks in the mirror for the rest of his life.
