I'm a Mutt as far as I know.....
My dad was adopted so we have to lineage on his side... Of course I guess if I really GAF I could do the Ancestry thing or like it.
I forgot I'm not allowed to tell anyone that I'm Polish. I got chastised for that in the past.
I personally don't really care about mine all that much. It's interesting but doesn't affect my life in any way.

I found my great grandfather's paperwork from when he came over. Birth certificate, verified by his minister who wrote a letter to prove it was him, and a government document from Prussia verifying he renounced his citizenship. He bought a drawing of the boat he took over and framed it.
The other side of the family came from 40 miles away or so.
The wife is a mix of Swedish, Dutch, and English.
That's why my girls are 6 ft tall blondes.

My Polish professor said he went to a conference and when it was over his car had been stolen.
He searched the lots until the other attendees had left, called the police, filed a report, walked to the train station, took the train to his town, and walked home from his stop.
Found his car in the garage.

He was my Kinematics and Dynamics professor. He designed firearms for the Polish government before moving here and teaching. So most of our homework and tests were mechanisms that looked a lot like the insides of a machinegun.
I won't have a DNA test because if I did they would find out that I have Black in me because I like Chrome and that I have Jewish in me because I am Cheep.
My trackball has this really cool thing called a "SCROLL WHEEL." Most modern mice have it, too. You just spin it with your middle finger and the page just rolls up and you don't have to dwell on something you don't care to see. Amazing technology!
Cool thing is that you can use it with your middle finger, so if you really don't like what you are scrolling past, you can silently flip it off while doing so.

You see, I'll be looking for something, usually in the kitchen. Might be a utensil, an ingredient, some food, and I cannot find it. I ask her, "Where is the [pot, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, etc.]. She points and I turn around and there it is, where it definitely was not just a moment before.
I am frightened and do not know what to do.
