I marched in Portland in 2020. Were you here as well? Was peaceful during the day. Then the feds started shooting teargas at us after dark. I didn't realize there were fatalities. That's terrible.
Edit: looked all those kids up. Seems none of their deaths were related to protests., but rather gang violence. There were 2 fatalities in Portland associated with the protests in 2020. Aaron Danielson of Patriot Prayer was killed by a BLM protestor. Michael Reinoehl, an Antifa protestor, was killed by the feds.
25 total fatalities associated with "protests and political unrest nationwide" during 2020.
