My 572 Hemi block is 310 lbs bare, and my primary tubes on each cylinder are bigger than a stock tj tail pipe.A 440 would be cool ! , But if you swapped one into a BMW it would look funny with dual front wheels trying to hold
that RB up.![]()
2 1/8 or 2 1/4 " primaries? Of course the block is relatively light it has 8 giant holes punched in it!My 572 Hemi block is 310 lbs bare, and my primary tubes on each cylinder are bigger than a stock tj tail pipe.![]()
2.25” primaries, 4.5” bore, 4.5” stroke, 2.3 titanium intake valves, 2” exhaust, roller cam, rockers… and still have never driven the car…2 1/8 or 2 1/4 " primaries? Of course the block is relatively light it has 8 giant holes punched in it!![]()

Well the 4wd np833 will bolt up to the 231…hmmm think I could use Cummins front springs on the lj?Sounds like cubic dollars ! ,do you think a 42RLE would hold up ?![]()

Yeah, us radiators 4 row triple pass could cool a battle ship but most tj owners would squirm at the 1k price tag. But hey maybe a mopar single row plastic tank jobber could cool the supercharger... How about a 14/71 whipple to keep the 307's on 40's turning. I better quit now before some newbie gets butt hurt.Sounds like a plan !
Front springs would need to be stout, not only to hold up the Hemi but the real problem would to support
what the hell ever huge custom radiator you would need to cool the Hemi in a TJ body![]()
BRB. Sending to my Asian BFF

I’ve always liked Kermit - now I know why…
