Bestop replacement soft top

Good morning,
My 06 TJ has a smittybilt soft top. No idea if the frame is factory or smittybilt. My question is if a bestop replacement top (fabric only) will fit over the existing frame?

Since the Smittlybilt soft tops generally fit the factory frame; it's just about guaranteed that the soft top frame is factory.
The Bestop soft top will fit since they were the original manufacturer of the factory soft top.

I would say probably. Post some pics of the frame.
