Can anyone identify this steering setup?

I'm not sure.

I'm not sure about the beadlocks either. I do know that they are a pain in my butt. I might try the coyotes inner tire/beadlocks in the future. I have owned a CJ a custom YJ., and now this is my second TJ. This time I'm IN OVER MY HEAD !!

Well that is definitely one way to deal with the toe change issue the air bags cause. Would have been better if they would have raised the track bar instead of lowering it. If you want to use haltenberger (inverted Y) steering linkage you will need to set your ride height to one place and keep it there. If you want to make use of the adjustable ride height then you have to run some form of inverted T similar to what you have now.

I never paid attention to ORO's U-Turn steering. This isn't it is it? Becasue I had custom axles he said it wouldn't work on my TJ so I never really looked into it.

Do you have wheel adapters? I think those are some JK/JL beadlock wheels that were offered for a short time. I do know they are hard to find. What issues are you having with them?

That is exactly what I am afraid of. However would there ever be an issue if I was allways between 2-4" ride height. Would I only encounter issues below 2" ?

The only issue with the wheels are all the bolts, really not even that. The issue is my patience. Yes there are adapters.

No ORO did not mess with the track bar. There has been a couple versions but this is the current one https://offroadonly.com/shop/u-turn/off-road-only-u-turn-for-jeep-wrangler-tjljxjzj-left-hand-drive/

You will encounter toe change with any change in ride height. Best thing is to set it to one spot and leave it.

As Blackjack said you will have a slight change in toe as you change height. How much does it change during normal driving?
I haven't had mine running since 2010 so I don't remember.

Just check them monthly to make sure they stay tight.

I am actually thankfull there are only 24 per wheel

I have 32 per wheel so yes I understand totally.

Ride height really never changes during normal driving. If it does it corrects itself .
Would it even really matter too much offroad? from what I understand about that system, is you have the parked, normal and offroad driving settings, and then some custom offroad stuff. If set to drive, the height (and subsequent toe) should only vary about as much as regular coils would?

Correct. It maintains your preselected heights. It holds and maintains my ride height over 20mph. I can not adjust my preselecred height driving over 20mph. In active mode it will adjust to keep body level at almost any reasonable speed around any corner , however you can turn off active mode.

On mine because it was a 6" kit I seem to remember it lowers about an inch above 20 MPH but I don't really totally remember since it has been so long. I messed with my Off-Road height once and the thing worked like shit off-road that day. So I reset it back to factory and it worked good again.

I never had steering issues but I have hydro assist also so that might be why.

You are correct. If off road height is set to higher than driving height, it will lower to drive height to keep your geometry correct for higher speeds above 20mph. I think it can be set to 15mph also.

Well I'm glad we were able to help a little and answer some of your questions. Take a look around and read some of the other threads as there is a ton of GOOD information in this site. Keep us posted on how things go with your steering and how you fix it.
That is one nice looking Rubicon you scored.
