Carpet with snaps?

I received the carpet for my 99TJ, today. ACC, Essex, front and rear floor only.
Question, did these jeeps come with snap fasteners, for carpet holding? I see several in the new carpet, with no matching snap in the floor area.
My jeep has had a questionable past. Someone has shot the entire floor with a bed liner coating.

There are a few. This is one under the pass seat. Bedrug doesn’t have snaps, not been an issue not having them.

My stock front carpet has snaps but corresponding snap on the tub or where the front and back carpet meet.

thanks, I found two of them so far. I think the carpet has some snaps for the pieces also.

You can easily add them.

Yes, I'll see how it works out. I am putting down an insulating mat first.
