Crank but no start P0032 & P0038 codes

I had the same issue with my 97. It's a 4.0L with a 5spd manual. I changed both O2 sensors because they were original and the CPS. I found Mopar old stock. Ran perfectly - no CEL after I swapped them out. Not sure if this is applicable on later years, hope this helps though

I know this an old post but I wanted to ad my fix. Believe it it not, even though I was getting spark from my coil, it was faulty. After going through everything, I went and grabbed a coil pack out of a neon down the road and she started right up. So,that was the issues all along, a $20 ignition coil from the junkyard.
