Currie Track Bar Question

I'm eyeballing this in case my Metalcloak bar's replacement heim poops out again. The reason I'm looking at this one is not only because it's the best but because the frame side uses a 5/8" bolt. My metalcloak bar had me drill that out to 5/8" so I'm stuck at that size.

The only issue will be the axle side. Mine is drilled out to 9/16" and the Currie bar uses 1/2" bolt. Is that bushing a clevite or is it two piece poly? I cannot tell from the image. I'm thinking I might be able to drill it out to 9/16 if I need to.

I wish they had a JJ that I could swap into the Cloak bar and make everything easy but apparently they do not.

It's a clevite bushing on the axle side.

Alright thanks. I'll drill it out. I did this with the front JKS bar like 10 years ago. I had to go slow so I didn't heat it up too much.

Interesting. Thanks for the link. I will be sure to buy the bar with that bushing as well.
