Doesn't matter, you, nor I nor anyone else can repeat those numbers good, bad, or indifferent. It just isn't possible and trust me, we have spent more time than should be legal trying to get some metric that would be of value.
The first stop won't be as good as the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th on up to about the 9th or so and the last will be slightly worse than the first. Then we have the issue of human error and how do you actually get a vehicle moving that fast to hit a benchmark starting point every single time and then how good are they at threshhold braking. If they are not excellect and above, it gets even worse. You requested scientific proof earlier and now you want to use the least scientific method possible to try and achieve some sort of valid comparison that means something? In a nutshell, that is nothing but bullshit.
His tires won't grip the same as a different set. His rig won't respond the same. Ambient temps, road surface temps, road surface itself all produce variables that make any so called numbers thrown up fully irrelevant and meaningless because they do not represent anything you or anyone else can use and you're a fool if you try.
You ignored it earlier but the UK has the only realistic way to do it and I don't have the money for that piece of equipment.
