ECM shut down relay

If the voltage’s and the grounds are good. But the negative for the shut down relay is not there does that mean the ECM is bad.
 
More likely, it means there is a problem with an engine sensor that is triggering the auto shut down relay.

What is the last thing you did to the engine?
 
Haven’t done anything to engine for long time. It cranks fine fuel pump works. But now spark. One of the main things I fined there is no negative from the ECM that controls the shut down relay. Also there are now codes.

Start by reading the codes either through the OBDII or through the ignition key method.
