Fitting 2018-2022 Mopar Performance windshield wipers on a TJ

Wondering if a conversion utilizing the Mopar performance wipers on 2018-22 wranglers is doable on my ‘06 Wrangler. Seems like it should by bypassing the hood water dispenser.

What's performance about them? I'm assuming it's more than just the wiper blades?
