This is a pair of fox 980-24-643 shocks for the front end at stockish locations (for around a 4" lift).

Pending sale, I'll update as things change.
Still available, the individual interested won't be able to measure for a bit and didn't want to block things as they figure out their direction.
 
They have to be or the piston just moves up and down in the body working against the bleed holes. How they are valved is an entirely different question.
Valved is a term used in the motorcycle industry if suspension has been specifically valved/shimmed for a specific application/rider. It looks like he understands that term but next time I’ll be sure to ask if the shims have been arranged specifically for the Jeep TJ application or if they are a generic application.

To answer your question, supposedly they were through Savvy (I got them second hand) so it's whatever arrangement they have with Fox, which I assume means they're just whatever came from the factory. From my understanding, not many people want to tune these even though it's possible.
