Golen before and after dyno

Has anyone done a before and after dyno after a Golen engine swap? I am wanting to do an engine swap but want to know how much more power at the wheels is a Golen. Thanks.

Its a decent increase. But strokers are even more impressive at the idle to 2500rpm range that isn't shown.

If you can bump 15 lb ft when its only making 60 that is a huge increase in seat of the pants and driveability. I rarely need to go past 2500 except when needing to speed up quickly.

I rarely go more than a few hundred above 3K and feel my 4.11 gears with 33s and AX-15 are perfect on the street with the stroker.
 
Golen does not use the stock ECM when he dynos his engines. I can't find the video that Golen posted a while ago that he stated he used a Holley EFI on the dyno. I don't believe just changing the injectors will correct A/F in open loop. Using the stock timing table will also need to be modified to get the power that dyno videos that are posted on Youtube. If you are not satisfied with the results, it is likely because of the lack of tuning.

Golen uses an engine dyno with no accessories and open exhaust with a huge spark advance (36 degrees). 26 to 27 degrees is more the mark under load. In those conditions my engine made 285hp. In the real world, its 168hp at the wheels (or 24% over stock, which isn’t terrible considering it’s a 15% bump in displacement).
 
Yeah the dyno runs often don’t show the lower RPMs. You can see that the stock and stroker curves are very similar in shape above 2500. I would expect that persists at lower rpm based in feel while driving. Like @Rickyd was saying, the low end gains do change the feel in daily driving quite a bit.
