This is it for sure. I see i don’t have the frame tie in brackets but they can be bought.

Seems mines a great deal at $100 !

I spent a few years looking for another pair of Bullet Proof MFG bumpers and wound up settling on one of these last year. It’s definitely a straight up knock off except for the pockets in the ends.
