I want to install a kill switch as seen in this youtube video. He's using it to shut off his fuel pump. At 6 min into the video, he shows the location he needs to connect to the wire for his relay. It's near his clutch pedal.

From what I've read, the Jeep fuel pump relay is in the PDC, under the hood. I guess I could run wires from there... Is the fuel pump wire located somewhere inside the dash so I can wire it from inside like in the video?

Fuel pump wiring runs under the Jeep along and over the transmission and transfer case to the driver's side plugs for the pump assembly.

Resources section has wiring diagrams.

@CMBD had the magnet switch on his dash. Looks slick.

I figure if I don't want my Jeep stolen (by someone driving it off)I just put the transfer case in neutral.

Most thieves these days use rollbacks and trailers.

That works good except the magnetic reed switch on mine failed closed within 2 weeks so I replaced it with a hidden momentary switch.

Layers. Kill switch, alarm, steering wheel club. If you think someone might try to get it with a wrecker turn the wheels to hard lock and put the club or disk on to make it harder to drag. The disk:

We get a lot of kids joy riding. They usually wreck them though, especially the Kias, there's a challenge where you steal a Kia and roll it. Not too long ago they busted some kids that stole cars and used them in a late night intersection takeover. They set one of the cars on fire and abandoned it. Police were actually able to identify them from the social media videos which were made public and showed them jumping up and down on the stolen cars hoods and setting one of them on fire. All this in the middle of a six lane intersection during the wee hours.

We didn't have social media back then, but we would've been smart enough to not put that stuff on it. On the other hand, we wouldn't have had a kickass idea like that without social media. Probably for the best.
