Hi All - I need some experts to help me find a suitable Jeep. Looking for a 2000 to 2006 TJ with less than 125k miles, 4.0L, auto or manual is OK, prefer Sport, Sahara or Rubicon, some decent mods would be nice - wheels/tires, 2" to 3" lift, minimal rust. The perfect truck!

Price range is around $10K - anyone have any buddies that have something available?

I doubt you'll find a Rubicon for that price, but you will probably find others.

Are you looking within a certain area, or how far are you willing to travel?

I assume you've checked your local Craigslist as well?

Linus, I found your next jeep asking price 10k obo. Stock, 97 Sahara with manual trans. The owners name is Mike, really cool guy.

@lxxtsy That is a sharp looking '97. How is the frame for rust? I see a little surface rust in the pics. But being a Chicago area Jeep it looks great.

Theres rust on the driver side fender but its not coming through at all and can be easily repaired and the body mounts are in good condition for a Chicago jeep. Overall it a very very clean jeep. If I was in the market I'd grab this in a heart beat. Honestly didn't look at the frame cuz of time but can go back and take another look if someone is interested in it.
