I'd put a CHEAP DVD player stereo in the motorhome last year but never liked how it looked or worked. So I finally brokedown and bought a true RV stereo/DVD player.

The only thing I had to do was turn the antenna booster sideways on the wall to make room for the larger stereo.

Well SHIT..... So the local Les Schwab doesn't have size AGM batteries I need so I guess it was a GOOD thing I called first before driving into town.
Called the Les Schwab by my sister's place and they had one in stock and say they'll have the other one NLT Tuesday. So I'll get them replaced over there instead.
I'll fill the tire up before I head over Thursday and then get it repaired when I'm getting the batteries.

So at this point I've gotten 90% of the stuff done to the coach that I wanted to do. I'm still chasing one problem with the new stereo I installed. The volume and seek functions work fine on the steering wheel but I currently don't have HVAC controls. Spoke with the tech support yesterday & today from where I got the radio and they are working on a solution. They are writing a patch to the firmware and once it's ready they'll walk me through updating the firmware.

I want to get the fuel filters changed before the trip in Oct. Probably should do the oil too.

Not sure what size you need but I’ve been seeing people buying these for the newer powerstroke.

I'll take a look.

Edit: $185 is a great price. I'll have to see what the cost of the Les Schwab battery is. The ONE big plus to going with them is that I get a 3 year warranty that if I have a problem I can get the battery replace NOW. Or as soon as I can go to a Les Schwab. It's one of the reasons I buy my tires from them too. You pay a little more but you get a lot of free services too.

Are they for the coach or the chassis?
Opps wrong quote... oh well
@Wildman
Same question to you Rick.
Ryan disregard

Chassis. Remember last year when the chassis batteries died not long after I'd bought it? I'd put off replacing them since I wanted to get a good charge on them. Now it's TIME. Just having the radio on for 30-45 minutes is enough to drain the batteries enough to where I can't start the engine.

The coach batteries will get lithium when I decide to replace them.
