I Need Help What do I need for this Turbo build

I have decided to turbo the 4.0 instead of doing a ls swap its soo out of my budget.
I am looking to get the Garret t28 turbo . I am going to have friend install it I just need to bring him everything. What will I need to run this turbo .Please if anyone can help with making a list
