What fly wheel are you running? And I’m all ears to the breaks mine are just a factory replacement with the factory caliper. However they are new with 5k miles on them and have been amazing being in very verticals situations and stopping on road.

What are you running? Because I’m vertical climbs they held better then black magics.
Yes. But I'm hoping to transition someday.

Do you mean manual to auto....or.....
Don't let these guys pick on you about brakes..those slotted rotors are the shiz-nit
Yes is your Jeep a manual
I dont ever own a jeep long enough to say but most of them are manuals yes
"Got overdrive, It just won't stall..."

Not if you kept the Black Magic stuff broken in. The only time they have not worked better than anything else is when the owners don't listen to how to keep them broken in.
Ohh I listened to every detail of the break in. Might be because I’m stock caliper, but they we’re very underwhelming
Definitely do not have overdrive. What flywheel do you have?
Hello I just wanted to try to catch you real quick and ask you about your manual to automatic conversion you may have done a few years ago if there's a link I can read that you could send me I would greatly appreciate it I have an 01' 2.5L manual I want to install a 4.0L Auto. I've already got an entire other tj. I am curious if I am able to hook up the engine harness from that tj with the 4.0 send hook it to the 2.5? Or what you ended up having to do Thank you for you time.
Always have had the stock flywheel. And I've had good use of overdrive for a long time. Prior to the BBK, I had little trouble stalling the engine with BMB pads on stock calipers. even my 4:1 t case.

I have the 2.72 factory T-case with 4.56s 35s and the flywheel wasn’t cheap like 300 however this was really worth it. The Jeep was already slow and it’s not a daily so I wasn’t worried about the loss of possible acceleration. But if anyone needs to replace a clutch I’d say bust out the extra money imo It performs night and day compared to stock
I can see the benefit while rock crawling with a 5 speed. Much more difficult to stall, and sudden acceleration just isn't a concern.
