My Buddy's JK had two minor oil leaks. One was the rubber intake gaskets and the other was the RMS. We replaced those intake rubber seals. We procrastinated for a couple months on the RMS because it is as hot as ball sweat here and working on your back on rough cement is unpleasant. I was willing, but not enthusiastic. I suggested he switch from the MOPAR 5/30 oil he always uses to the Castrol 10/30 which I had about 6 gallons of, just to see if it would make a difference. I'll be damned, no oil leak after the oil change, dried right up. If it had been my Jeep that wouldn't have worked.
