it all comes down to money in any type of motor sports , weather its nascar, road course isma, desert truck etc... the one with the biggest pocket book wins or is up front. you can make anything carbon fiber with huge weight savings. jeep produced what they consider is a ALL AROUND VEHICLE designed for many purposes, if you want just a rock crawler, build one for that purpose, if you want a beech sand vehicle build it for that purpose only, and so on and so forth. jeep built the safest all purpose vehicle for the general public. what you make it into is your choice at which you would consider as many changes as you can afford
