Manual shift NV3550 Lever Replacement?

Working on replacing throwout bearing and whatnot. Removed the shifter lever and previous owner glued the knob on. Looking for help sourcing a replacement shift lever. NV3550.

Anyone have any ideas? and Thanks!

Can you just clean the threads up and install an oem knob?

I wish, he must have had a hard time because he destroyed the threads. Not salvageable.

My only option now is to grab a b&m or equivalent and I only need the lever.

I would place a WTB here or check marketplace or ebay.

Can it either have a die run over it to chase the threads? Or cut it off, and recut the threads?
