Meet a forum member if you get the chance

Did you guys know that if you watch The Wizard of Oz and turn off the volume and start the song "Jeep Song" when the tornado comes that you will pass out and wake up owning at least a JK.

Does it come with an angry turd grille installed?

Yep and as you can see Andy is a character. He definitely has a passion for TJs and knows a lot about them. It was a pleasure meeting him and hopefully will run into other forum members in the future.. thanks for the kind words Andy👍🏻

I met @fizzlebottom when he bought a Dana 44 off of me. A really nice guy, to be sure. (y) Meant to ask him how he came up with that name. Gotta be a story to it! ;)
Nothing too exciting. I have a friend from high school who ended up working in IT during college. During some summer break I went over his house to hang out. Earlier in the day he'd been using a label maker at work to name all the computers at his office for IT reasons bla bla bla. He ended up printing "Lord Fizzlebottom" with the label maker and took it home. I got to his house and he slapped it on my forehead. So the name stuck., both literally and figuratively.

@Squatch you're a standup guy as well. My Jeep is back in business thanks to the Dana 44 you handed off to me.

I met up with afmoto " Durty TJ" when doing Sierra Trek this summer, very nice guy. Showed me his dead man peddle and I think I may add one to mine

During my short time Jeeping in Colorado, I have met several people that are full of knowledge and just great all around people! @tworely and @jjvw just to name a couple!

@Indy thanks for the mention. If you guys ever get out the east coast we can try and get something together. I'll be headed up to AOAA and Rausch Creek in a few weeks. I don't think they will compare to the Rubicon however.
FYI There’s a tentative date for AAOA October 26 with possibly the following east coast members: @Westtown Willy @Camdenst @chino1969 @sjalkian and myself if you’re interested. Looks like you’re Delaware which isn’t far at all. @Westtown Willy is always out at Rausch or AAOA fairly often as well. I try to make it whenever I can.

@jazngab thanks for the info. I'm actually from up that way, moved down here a few years ago but my brother is in the area. We'll be up there the weekend of the 19th.

Darn. My calendar opens up after the 26th. I'm trying to see what my early Nov looks like. I'll keep you all posted.

It’s ok Kiwi, when you get to feeling down just stare at the Chrome Grill! It’ll make everything better!
mmmm  Thanks your right...I can talk to the guy in the mirror-like chrome.(y) and if my disguise is good enough I wont even know I'm talking to myself.
