Missing bump stop

So how do you replace a missing front bump stop ? Do you have to remove the spring ?

there is no rubber piece in the center seems the spot the rubber piece would go is still there

The jounce is missing from the cup. The jounce is squishy.

You may have to stretch out the spring by raising the frame or lowering the axle.
