There really weren't many votes for them. I thought maybe some actual trails would've been suggested when Ryan mentioned that but there weren't lol.

A glass of whiskey & a good cigar is always good. Since Iraq alcohol just isn't the same. I'll social drink more than anything. Sitting around a campfire drinking a beer or having a drink & cigar is what I enjoy the most.

I think a combo of both... I just know stuff doesn't taste as good as it used to. But like I said I'll drink socially but I don't drink when I'm alone.

true. I forget there is other stuff to do in Moab but the Jeep trails. Last year we rode scooters to the entrance of Arches and took pics by the sign... but I don't think I've ever gone inside the park.

There’s a back route into Arches. It’s an easy off-road adventure. Goes by some Dino tracks. Enters park near Balance Rock. It really is cool to visit some of the arches.

I think they want you to have a pass, but no, you just drive in, there is no attendant. One way to avoid the long lines that are often at the entrance.

I was in a stock 2014 Suburban and had to go easy at a few spots, but our Jeep’s would have no issues at all.

I plan to arrive in Moab on Thursday, May 1, so if anyone wants to toodle around on Friday, May 2 at Arches or do a trail just let me know. I’ve never done anything like Chicken Corners, but I hear it’s beautiful. I’ve also wanted to get down in that Canyon near Dead Horse Point. It would just be a cool drive.

Or an MTB trail if someone wants to do a trail that is less than 20 miles!

The Great Sand Dunes State Park out here is like that too lol. If you can get over the pass that comes in the back, its free entry!
