New to Jeeps and TJs

It always read that way. The late TJ oil gauge is a dummy gauge. Straight up means the oil pressure is within parameters.

Just do not fall prey to the longstanding myth that a Jeep cannot ride and drive well. Thoughtful parts selection and good setup makes the difference.

Looks like you have a drop trackbar mount, but not a drop pitman, hard to tell from the pic. If that is the case you might be feeling some bump steer.

You should have bought the TJ 4d instead.

Best advise not yet given - go to the resources section and download a copy of the service manual and parts list for your TJ. Spend a few hours getting familiar with them.
