So I have no warm air blowing out, I replaced the heater core, thermostat, filled coolant and burped it twice. I took the blend door actuator out and moved the door manually to make sure the door wasn’t stuck. I’m lost in what to do next... water pump?

Grab the hoses going to the heater core through the firewall in the engine bay. Are they cold, luke warm, or hot?

Do this of course when the vehicle is completely warmed up.

Did you test the thermostat to make sure it was working? What temp thermostat did you buy?

Both lines are hot!

If both lines are hot, that means your heat should be working, as the heater core is getting hot coolant.

It's possible your blend door is stuck and therefore only letting in cold air. That would be my next guess.
