Looks great. I run 4" of lift on my LJ and I'm upgrading to 35s, should I take out some lift to lower my COG?

No. You still need the clearance for the 35s.

As jjvw said, you still need clearance. I had 3” bumpstop to prevent rubbing and I still had some outback. Didn’t get to address it before I sold it.
