Well, it’s certainly inexcusable and entirely embarrassing. They should pay you to get you to shut up regarding their ineptness. No one who messes up quick discos should touch a Jeep with a 10 foot pole
@b0xcar mentioned your expansive know-how as we were wheeling last weekend. I do have several items I need to tend to. I'd much rather pay you to knock them out, than to pay a large chain to do what they did to me the last time around.
I do a fair amount of tinkering myself, but I severely re-injured my back a few weeks back. Cranking around under the Jeep is painful right now, and will be, for a spell.
Will have to re-group with you when you're back in town.

I hadn't paid much attention to the end-product when I drove-off from 4WheelParts a few months back. I simply glanced at it, and it looked OK--never noticing how severely cattywampus the install was.
I was able to re-install the passenger-side sway bar quick-disconnect, yesterday--properly.
It appears the 4WheelParts tech who initially installed such, was simply being lazy, as I was able to git-er-done with some open-end wrenches (an impact wrench wouldn't fit in the immediate area - which is likely why the 4WheelParts tech donned the laziness, and installed the parts in reverse, as his impact wrench only fit on the reverse [incorrect] application).
It took me all of 4 extra minutes to get it done, having gone to Plan-B, with open end wrenches.
