So I guess calling it a “percussive instrument” would qualify me for a pay increase?

I must have four or five of those, several different powers/dioptre. 99 cent only and dollar tree is a great source. I wish I had started using them years ago, such a great help.Over the counter reading glasses

As strange as it might seem, a baster comes in handy for removing liquids from master cylinder, power steering reservoir, and other uses. I find, I use it quite a bit.
Bought mine from dollar tree, at that time it was a dollar, but now they are $1.25
I wouldnt classify it as a tool, but I bought these Milwuakee Inkzall pens and they are super handy as the cap is able to clip onto my hardhat. I've also been writing all over large marble blocks with a roughened surface and my large chisel tip is holding together very well after 2 weeks

This gear driven socket jaw oil filter removal tool. It has many more uses than an oil filter and blew my mind.
Over at a buddies house a few weeks ago changing a fuel pump on his wagoneer and we had a hell of a time with the plastic collar that holds the thing in the tank. We were both pissed and about to throw in the towel when I was wandering around his shop looking for ideas when I spotted a craftsman version of this sitting on the shelf.
Took the collar off without issue, before we put the fuel pump back in I have already ordered myself one.
Not only did it making removing the fuel filter a breeze, it can be used to tighten things as well.
Everyone needs this thing.

One of the best "sleeper tools" I have is is the HF pneumatic needle descaler. Think I paid $20 ten years ago and it's still going strong. It is the only pneumatic tool in my set that survived being under salt water from hurricane Sandy.
I've been using it quite a bit on my current frame swap project.

If you've ever worked offshore you know what this tool is and are happy to never see one again.
That’s a tiny one. You should see the needle guns we used in the Navy. Took two hands to hold on to one.
I don't have this but it seems pretty random and not crazy expensive.

Were you one of those guys with a needle gun on the flight deck all night right above me when I was trying to sleep?
