Rear end rattle - Video

Temps are way off. The two minis are:

I’ve checked that. It’s not the problem. That would be a clunk, not a rattle unfortunately
I do, the hitch isn’t attached. I have banged everything underneath with a rubber mallet. I think it might be the cat. I think the honeycomb broke apart and is rattling around. I’m taking it this week to have someone else take a look.
I’m completely perplexed.
I usually find clunks and rattles by standing on the bumper and bouncing the vehicle at each corner, or pushing very hard side to side on the roll bar. Always found loose or worn suspension parts. Make sure the parking brake is off when checking because it seems to cause its own squeak 
I haven’t 100% confirmed that the cat is making the rattle. I have smacked everything with a rubber hammer, pulled, pushed, bounced on the bumper, etc. you name it, I’ve done it.
I haven’t been able to really smack the cat good because the skid plate is in the way and haven’t dropped it yet.
It’s not the cat. I took the right rear tire off and noticed the hub rattling. I know those hubs juts slide on but mine doesn’t fit flush. I know it gets tight when then tire is on with the lug nuts but shouldn’t it fit flush?
I just can’t find anything that makes a noise similar to this. Thoughts?
