the nozzle can be purchased at the dealer i was quoted $89 and $49. Amazon has them for $9 but the spray pattern is non existent.
I used the body from a aluminum 1/8 rivet longer the better. Heat the rivet up till the flame starts to change colors takes a few seconds then push it into the sprayer. Then add a little epoxy where it connects. Its pretty straightforward.
