California Rubicon Trail Run

Got my account made and will be posting some of my pictures here in a minute. Having the opportunity the come out from the east coast to do the Rubicon with a friend was awesome. However the group as a whole made this one of the best adventures I've been on. I appreciate everyone's hospitality and conversations. I hopefully will be back, maybe even with one of my Jeeps. Again, thank you all for helping make the trip an awesome experience.
enjoyed having you join us.

It was great meeting you. I hope we can do it again one day.

Does anyone have the ZJ tie rod setup here? I'm trying to figure out how much clearance there is form the tie rod sleeve to the lower sway bar bracket. I had less than 1/8" of clearance after bending it on the trail. After a little persuasive tug, I now have about 1/4" of clearance as shown here,

Holy bent tie rod Batman! I've gots some more pulling to do. This is a temporary fix guys. New tie rod and sleeve on order. Think I'll try to get 1/2" or so and call it good till the new parts get here. Thanks Indy!
I'd leave it as is since it's not interfering with anything now. You'll make it weaker or break it the more you unbend it.

Yeah, I'm going to leave well enough alone now that it clears enough. Steers fine, but I'm sure my toe is out of whack now.

I got a Dana 44 stock rear diff cover if you need it.

I think a new Lube Locker will fix it. I’ve got RTV on there now. I think it just messed that seal up.
I also have stock front and rear Dana 44 covers I got from someone on the forum for a good price
