RuffStuff Specialties officially dissolved

Seems RuffStuff Specialties is no more. Hope this isn't posted here already but didn't come up in my search.

I had some rear frame tie-ins on order since April (to go with my sweet new KXT rear bumper, thanks @sunnysideup_lj) and after months of trying to contact them without reply and seeing some recent IG posts it seems the company is out of business.

From what I gather, Travis Riley had been in talks to buy out the company but due to some "undisclosed matters" that deal fell through and so RS has been officially dissolved with Travis now operating his new business, Riley Mountain Motorsports, out of the old RS shop where it seems he'll be selling the same or very similar parts.

I wanted to post this to save some forum member the trouble of ordering from the RS website only to find no way to get your money back without having to go through your bank. RIP RuffStuff! Fingers crossed RMM goes well and maintains the quality I came to expect from RS.

That's a bummer. I checked out the RMM site and it looks like most, if not all, of the products are there. Hopefully it works out. They offered a lot of good products at reasonable prices.

Damn didnt know that about em...I got a extra set of their diff covers laying around

Got their steering skid,and I was gonna buy more link brackets for my fab'd axle swap. Its a shame that they came down to not giving back people's money though

Gonna give RMM a look over,I like the small link brackets RSS had

Never bought anything from them and never even considered it. Not an issue for most people, but good to know.
