Spare tire mount: Do I need to change it?

Hello,

I am replacing my spare tire to:
BG Goodrich 31 10.5 R15 (rim size is the same as the size of OEM, rim is Method)

The question is:
Do I need to replace the Spare tire mount, or adjust it?
Or will it be fine with the new tire?

The factory/OE spare tire mount is fine as-is with a 31" tire. That's the same tire size that comes on Rubicons which uses that same spare tire mount.

As long as the rubbers snubbers are tight up against the tire, you'll be fine.
