Sway bar mounts on both sides and upper control arm mount are toast

Yes I replaced the entire front end , everything when I put body and suspension lift in during Covid . I believe the control arms came from O’Rielys auto parts . So what sway bar replacements would you recommend? 1/4 inch and I also need to replace my upper control arm mount on the axel where you see the broken control arm . What would you recommend?
I have no recommendations since I can't figure out why stuff is breaking that clearly shouldn't be.

I built the ones on my rig because I had to mount them slightly differently and I enjoy designing and fabricating things.

was the jeep on the ground sitting on it's own weight when those links got torqued?
could torqin them at droop force loading that then ripped the thin CA?
 
Is it possible that other people have recently driven your Jeep? Also I did see some shiny metal in one of your pictures but that could have happened after the arm broke.

i will get some better pictures my Jeep is at my friends shop 30 minutes away . Thanks for you observations

Now that I think about it I put all the new front end parts on while it was on a lift
 
Can you have your buddy loosen the bolt on the upper control arm piece and see if it will rotate back to line up with the arm at ride height without removing the bolt?

Thinking the bushing was installed at full droop and put a load on the arm. Could be a defective arm coupled with the preload that caused it to fail?

Bushings aren't normally that tough. The angle looks like it was tightened on a lift but I'm grasping at any straw to figure this out. The upper mount normally will let that piece rotate around the bolt easily but the bent edges at the arm section pointing outward at almost 90 degrees to the arm suggest that something is odd. Perhaps the front of the mount isn't rounded like normal, the arm was tightened on a lift and then it couldn't rotate to follow the arm. That would bend it right where the two broken flanges are and then driving would crack them until we see what is there. It would have to catch on the front of the mount to do that though.

I understand, we'd need a picture of the passenger upper mount with the broken piece of arm removed to validate. If it is squared it wouldn't allow the arm to rotate. Think I am tracking here. Still, weird stuff.

I don't see it being square but there is very little making any sense here. Both broken sway bar link mounts point to a large problem.

I've got a brain tickle about someone doing something bizarre with his front stock swaybar that caused a similar problem but I just can't recall the specifics. It was one of those "hey, what's causing this" type thing, lots of folks gave answers and then he came back and said never mind, I was being an idiot. Also didn't say what he was doing wrong.

Do you have stock sway bar links or longer than stock? Pictures would be a huge help.
