Interesting the vibes show up with a high pinion front (JK), I figured most of the vib issues were due to the LP. I agree if you have to spend 2k for hubs and swap bolt patterns I’ll be going to a 60 of some sort.
One project I'm working on is finishing the side armor. The only piece I have left to make is the tub panel armor. GR sells them for $250 but I wanted to make them myself for 1/4 the price even though they ended up taking a long time to make which is what I expected anyway. It took a lot of marking and going back and trimming with a die grinder to get everything acceptable. Once one side was done the other side was much easier, but the Jeep cut out was still a big pain. 
Since this post I’ve drilled my holes for nutserts in the tub, painted the edges, and finished the armor surface to match the doors and corner armor. I’ll install nutserts and mount armor tomorrow.

Very nice. Can you remind me how you finished your armor, did you clear coat it at all? Mine looks like trash and is all pitted, so eventually I'd like to address it.
I bought a Surface Conditioning tool from HF. I use the Very Fine grit wheel and just work it for a few minutes. Afterward I add a coat of Shark Hide because I went for a few years without it and the chemical they spray on the road up here during winter caused corrosion. The surface conditioning tool cleans it up quick.

That's great! My kids love the Jeep, my daughter (7) probably the most - so make it a jungle gym and the love may never end.

It’s hilarious looking! Needs 33’s bad! The rims are 15x10’s making the 31x10.5’s look like balloons! LOL. Needs a lot of attention. The guy who had it was trying to bring it back, which is good. He just needed more time and money. Hopefully I can get it there pretty quick. I won’t leave a list of what it needs today! I’m tired out! Honestly just glad this is the last rig I have to buy for one of my kids! It drives good, solid engine and transmission. 100k on the clock. Pretty cool.
