I have an unknown suspension on my rig (2005 Wrangler Rubicon).
I was able to replace the drivers side rear upper joint races using the "TeraFlex 1951100 Small Flex Arm Joint Repair Kit with Ball" This was a good fit but kept popping out until I used the old snap-rings which were slightly wider. Everything has been good.
Now I need to replace the lower ones which are much bigger.
There are no markings on this suspension anywhere! so I have no idea what it is and nobody seems to give dimensions for new races or are clearly different

washers - 2.12" OD
joint housing - 2.68" OD
joint housing - 2.09" ID
race - 2.13" OD
joint Ball - 1.62" widest
joint ball - 2.62" length

What is throwing me off a small amount is the JJ balls are typically uneven length from the centerline of the ball to the end of the bolt sleeve and most have a line around the thickened "washer" end that butts against the inside of the mount.
Second thing is the ball is perfectly smooth. I've never seen that, possible since I only have experience with a few sizes that I use all the time.

And the last thing, it looks like there is some impression damage to the flat face where it was tightened into a slot. If that is compression damage and not from a grinding disc or saw blade, then probably not Rock Jock since theirs are heat treated to case harden them.

The races, while they not be exact dimensionally, are exactly similar in appearance.

I measured and the balls seem to symmetrical from center.
They are pretty pitted up, here is a better picture:

I pulled the ball out of a new one. The center hasn't been machined all the way. This is a mild one, some are much more pronounced. John understands that the snap ring side pushes the washer further inboard than the non snap ring side. So, he makes the ball offset to one side and marks it with a groove so after it is assembled, the joint body is centered between the mounts. I checked and they are still case hardened and difficult to cut with a file.

Those are definitely Rock Jock. Looks exactly like what I have. Reuse the ball with the 2-1/2" Johnny Joint Rebuild Kit # CE- 9110RK. Part number is from 2019, when I last bought some rebuild kits. Likewise the correct rebuild kit for the smaller joint is the 2" kit # CE-9112RK.

RockJock says the CE-9110RK fits in a barrel of 2.188: and mine is 2.11" That is a pretty big difference with something that doesn't squish! Dang these are $52/each. I will order them to try it out but DANG for that price I can buy whole new arm!

If they were Rock Jock, the ball would be off center and one end marked with the groove so you don't install it backwards.

I got some in from trail-gear because they stated the barrel dimension were similar but the races are much to wide in diameter to fit.
Uggg!!

RockJock CE-9110RK 2.5 in. Johnny Joint Rebuild Kit
This fits perfectly. I didn't need new balls but maybe this is just because they are an early version or something before they marked the ends.

a more important question is what is running minilites and yukon axles on the other side of the garage?
