13-14 mpg. 5 speed / 4.88s / 35" mud tires. 70 mph till I get to the trail then 2.2 mph average. I drive a Prius during the week so I can afford to drive my Jeep on the weekends. ;-D
I would never admit to driving a Prius.......

She stopped driving, gas got really expensive, and I thought "what the heck, I'll give it a try".
I've wanted to to that since the 1970s. But I was worried I wouldn't be able to disconnect, and would end up in Albuquerque instead of Minneapolis. Now a dwarf with bolt cutters has me thinking again...![]()
Then I compared my fuel bill of my Jeep, my 91 Cummins and the Prius on my 50-mile round trip every day. I ended up saving $450 per month, which = more Jeep parts faster. Financial decision, not a religious one ;-)
I did the math years ago and figured out I can drive one of our Civics for 1/3 the cost of driving my truck, or 1/4 of the price to drive my Jeep. Actually, getting my wife out of my truck and into a used Civic saved enough to pay for the Civic in about 3 years. Toys vs work.
06 with 6 speed, 2,5" lift, 3.73s and 33s. About 18 mpg highway and 12 city.
10-12 mpg, 150 miles on a tank if im lucky. 35s, 3 spd auto, 4.56 gears
Sounds like my reasoning for taking the bus into the office, I save about $250 a month. I use that for an excuse to get more Jeep or tools!I ended up saving $450 per month, which = more Jeep parts faster. Financial decision, not a religious one ;-)

Civic is a possibility, hard no on any battery powered car.....![]()
Yup, I did take the bus when I worked downtown. Less hassle/cost of parking too. This month's savings just bought Currectlink steering. Should be here Saturday :-D

Why do you only have a 12-gallon tank?![]()

Yeah I thought the same way when my wife insisted, we buy one for her (when she was driving). She stopped driving, gas got really expensive, and I thought "what the heck, I'll give it a try".
