Finished off the time in the garage adjusting the garage door. It was approaching 95* and about 300% humidity. 
I had adjusted the up/down travel and the pressure/tension of the opener after installing the insulation a year or two ago. I noticed recently the door really slammed open and found it was hitting a bolt and stopping due force rather than set travel distance.
Adjusted and now it stops here:
Gives me 85.5" of clearance:
And the Jeep looks to only need ~80"
