You are exactly right Ryan - read it a little too quickly...You're confusing track bars with sway bars. But the swayloc vs anti-rock is good advice.

See Ryan's note - my confused response was for sway bars, when you were looking for guidance on track bars. The above advice on the track bars is solid.Nice! I’ll hold off on Currie for the rear then. I can add later if I really need it.
The swayloc really shines for a daily/road use, if it's mostly a trail rig it's much less important and probably just a waste of money.Yep. I followed.
Track bars from Currie. Swaylock or Antirock in front, can stay with stock + longer links in rear unless need better articulation down the road.
If so, add swaylock or antirock in the rear
I believe this is the summary of the advice ^
Sweet Jeep! Cute dog, ditch that front bumper. Not sure about the body mounted mirrors or the fenders but curious to follow along on your progress. I’m down in Atlanta if you ever wanna go wheeling and drag it over some rocks!
Good call. That is one decision you won't regret!Swayloc it is upfront then
FIFYGood call. That is one decision you won't regret (after your wallet recovers)!
Great start. I decided to go with quick disconnects for the swaybar instead of the Antirock/Swaylock to save some money and justified it in my mind by thinking the onroad manners would be better. Just an option for you to think about. It takes just a couple minutes to disconnect prior to wheeling and if you get the pins to fasten to the frame when disconnected it prevents a ton of headaches breaking zip ties.
Also, I would not put the rear swaybar high on your list - I have not had any real concerns with the factory one.
I am interested to see how your DIY regear goes- looks like you are sourcing a donor HP30. You may want to look at adding a locker at the same time. I like to think I know my limitations for wrenching and patience, so I decided ECGS was the easy out for that.
Good luck with the build.
I see you're located in Raleigh, if you interested in wheeling we've got a NC wheelers thread , probably gonna try to go down to gultches sometime in the near futureGreat start.
