Control Arm bracket before and after. I think I still need to bend the left side out. I don’t know how to bend it up from the crease. Any ideas?

I've made some wood blocks to fit in a correct size mount, wedged it in place, then used some body work hammers to shape it.
You can also use large "C" clamps to help pull it in place.
Another good idea! Thank you so much! My mini skids are coming soon and I want to get that bracket as perfect as possible before welding the skid on.
I ordered the parts for the TR flip. Want to knock that out in late March or early April.

Got my shipping confirmation for the BMB 4340 Tie Rod! We’ll see how it’s packaged. I know Blaine has been working on the packaging! Good man.
It's a nice upgrade, 2" is a lot of clearance! If you ever go BBK, don't forget to ask for the reverse taper.

1) The bolt is a Mopar 10.9 with locking nut for the front CA. Bolt and nut $12, shipping $15.
2) Johnny Joint washers for the front CA to center in the slot and add strength.
I’ll wait till Currie Mini Skids come in to do all that.
3) 4340 Chromoly TR. woohoo. Can’t wait to get it painted.

Wow that came out great. I'm debating between ace hardware black or a simple clear coat over the steel. I like the color you picked though.
Clear coat alone would look fantastic!
I vote clear only. Much easier to touch up, cause, ya know it's gonna get beat up!
Screwing around in the shop; beer, peanuts and pipe while practicing cutting steel. Jigsaw works ok for straight cuts. The metal scribe @Mike_H mentioned is handy for getting straighter cuts with the angle grinder. Practicing for future welding projects. Also cut off a Hangy downy thing. 
What blade did you use for the jig saw? The cut looks great!!
This Dewalt blade on my Ridgid jig saw. It worked better and quicker than an angle grinder for a straight cut. I could not make curves and such.
First Jeep welding project. I’m not a good welder bc I don’t practice enough. 
Currie Mini Skids. I had to fix both of the stock mounts because they were bent and mangled. All good now. I also added some BMB JJ washers to center the front CA’s in the mount. Took quite a bit of time because the mounts needed work. My welds sucked, but they’re strong and I cleaned them up. The important thing is smooth so nothing catches.
