Anybody up for a random meme dump?

A little late to this but I'd be shocked if the real number isn't a tenth of that. The issues we have these days is the diagnosis and the money involved in the path to transition. Once the government started paying for this in large part the numbers have gotten completely screwed up as does just about everything government touches.

Again, Science is chromosomes..... that's hard to get around on "sex". The current thought is that gender is independent of "sex". As far as I know there is no real science behind that claim. It's a "feeling" which is a chemical reaction on the surface of the brain (more complicated but not connected to chromosomes). "Feeling" feminine doesn't change the physiology.... that's what the "treatments" are for so strictly scientifically speaking you cannot change you hormones without external chemicals designed to do so.... so, I find it hard to believe that they were born that way if they cannot "be" that way naturally. That said, there is an overlay of psychological disorders, trauma and environmental pressures including being told you can pick your gender at a young age and the vicious cycle of "belief" and "association" that comes with the Wokeness cult.

You can call yourself what ever you want. Where I draw the line is that people who call you what you don't want to be called shouldn't be harmed, excluded or removed from their place in society because of it. I believe if that happens that the person should have the protected right to pursue both legal and monetary damages..... or the complete opposite of what the Woke Religion teaches.
Very true - "its biology stupid". Its hard for me to elucidate this well, so bear with me: Much of what is considered "feminine" vs. "masculine" is so much made up bullshit. Skirts, heels, makeup, long hair, whatever. The "rules" pertaining to same have no basis in reality, and change over time and space. OTOH, gonads and chromosomes are pretty immutable. Body build, breasts or lack thereof, and "brain wiring" are pretty immutable as well, although exceptions exist on both directions. Such exceptions are extremely rare, and as others have pointed out, shouldn't be the basis of all the current bullshit. Why/how this nonsense SUDDENLY became a "thing" is beyond me and baffling.

I do have a somewhat half baked theory as to what part of it might be. Males in general are terrified of ANYTHING that might be perceived as "feminine" - thus "masculine" has become defined largely as "not-feminine". Once the women "take over" something, its perceived as "feminine" and off limits. Beauty is denied to males - therefore a male seeking beauty for himself feels that he must become a woman to the greatest extent possible to find it. Males can't wear skirts, etc, etc - so maybe some feel that they HAVE to be a woman to do so. I don't know - this is idle speculation on my part.

As for myself, I'm just a guy in a skirt - nothing more. Doing so doesn't make me a woman any more than wearing a stethoscope makes one a doctor! I don't "do" bras as I don't have breasts and don't want them either; they're a hassle and bras are a pain in the ass - ask any woman. I've been asked a time or two which pronoun I preferred - I always point to my facial hair and say "Thanx for asking, but I'm a guy." In my particular spirituality/belief system/religion/whatever, one chooses their gender before birth and it changes from life to life, probably mostly alternating. I chose to be male in this life, and that's what I am! I just don't believe in arbitrary restrictions that have no basis in reality (read: "basis in biology").

At any rate, that's my musings on the subject, right or wrong. I've thought at length on the subject for obvious reasons. I am open to questions - I get a lot of them, and you really can't "offend" me by asking. Years back I was in one of those huge antique malls somewhere in Louisiana, looking pretty much like a "normal" male with the exception of a long denim skirt (OK, long hair and earrings too). A lady approached me: "I don't mean to offend, but..." - she was simply curious. We had a nice talk, "why would I be 'offended'...". Anyway, I'm rambling now, I'm always too verbose!

IMO gender is complete subjective non-sense on comparing objects to heavily generalized and culturally specific traits of men vs women and often mostly just in the use for language like la and el in Spanish.

I think gender makes more sense when talking about a Jeep ie when we name inanimate objects than for people and somewhat objectifies individuals. Sex is something that's almost 100% straightforward and easily identifiable and it confuses everyone less on an issue that really has no meaning.

He is an entertainer, no more no less. Two semesters in college will not make him a doctor, phycologist, psychiatrist or biologist.
College is overrated. I have a degree and was 1 class away from a minor in math and 2 classes away from a minor in biology and probably just a few away from a minor in chemistry. I spent too much time in school and I could make much more money by skipping that path and going to work and just working hard.

You don't learn anything until you're on the job for YEARS. All my engineering degree is good for is proving that I can use a calculator and that I spent years going to school that I had to pay for and they figure that means I'll show up each day for work on time and try to do the job.

I would trust Crowder WAY more than anyone in the Brandon administration, because Crowder will admit when he's wrong and he will present his data and encourage you to check him.

I've worked with scientists and they'll tell you that their "results" are represented in a way to make the most amount of money for their research. Guess what every conclusion is...Needs more research.
My uncle has a building named after him at University of Colorado and was one of the first PhD's in particle physics and the stories he could tell about what passes for science from the groups there that get federal, NGO and "foundation" money to "study" climate change would give anyone pause when you hear the word "scientist" or "expert".

They are no different than anyone else when it comes to the coercive power of money and endless employment. The problem is more with people that somehow believe that the more university education you have the less you are susceptible to corruption, lying for political gain and cronyism.

I did. The cemetery was at my back yard property line. Very quiet neighbors. My first night in the house was strange. I found myself continually peeking out the window, like I was gonna see something.
How long until you were wandering the cemetery at nite?
