What did you do to your TJ today?

Oh yeah ! At 35,000 it's just total worn out junk , old and decrepit like me. You should just give it to me and we can just drive off into the sunset together to fade away !

Here's one (2006) for you with under 20,000 miles, since yours is shot. ;) He's asking $16,500.
p.s. I just looked again and it sold in one day. :(

oh you guys. fine, ill keep it.

So, what I've gathered is AndyG can't be satisfied by any ONE Jeep and needs several, but your wife is THE ONE and is all you need. Great for you!
p.s. You don't need to leave the dump truck out for @John Cooper to eat when you stand him up. He prefers steak anyway. ;)

Y’all are crazy

In case anybody hasn’t figured out it’s cheaper to have one wife and more jeeps🤣🤣 . Well, maybe a little cheaper.

Well I was supposed to go pick up some factory half doors with uppers that I found online.

We had arranged the time and place to meet up. I even offered to send them a deposit to hold them for me and so I could pick them up this evening. Mind you this all took place last night. He listed them for sale pretty late in the evening and I was the first one to offer to buy them

This morning he sent me a message saying he sold them to someone else instead because they offered him more money.

There is just no integrity with people anymore

Been there, had that happen
You're right, there's no integrity any more. At least not much of it.

Had the idea of checking my alignment and I’m glad I did. Last time I adjusted things I went off of the mold line on my KM2’s(good enough to get me home). I was 1/4” toe out which definitely explains my steering wheel vibrations and some poor highway characteristics. Now it’s sitting at ~1/16” or more toe in. No vibrations and it’s much more comfortable at highway speeds. I spent $20 for materials and about 30 mins of my day to get this done.

I’m with you guys 100% and there’s something else....Decency.

I have had to drive down the road with a kid in the truck crying his eyes out because somebody sold something they promised him that he thought he was going to have a lot of fun with.

You know it’s kind of comical that the dollar bill says in God we trust- what people trust is the dollar bill.

There are several things about that kind of behavior that bother me-

It shows a disrespect for other people

It shows bad character

It shows selfishness

There is a callous arrogance that goes with that

I understand that everything is not going to go our way and people can do whatever they want to do with their stuff- The only thing I can think to tell them is thank you for letting me know the kind of person you are and keeping me from having anything to do with you-

Anyway that’s my take on it. Your dealings are the main measure of your character. Is your honesty and the value of your word worth more than an extra $50?

On the other side of the coin I know people say they’re gonna buy things and don’t show up -

If you can count on one trait in humans it is they will generally do what they think is in their best interest. I would say in most cases people pat their self on the back that do stuff like that.

When @Hog and I first got to know each other he came across an amazing deal on a lift kit and we both put orders in the company system and he did not get to get one and mine came- He really needed one more than I did today that lift kit is under his TJ.

That is how to be a friend.

Mine was set when I had the 31" tyres. I had planned to adjust it with the 35" tyres I have now. A beefy BMB tie rod is waiting to get installed. Was gonna do it all at once, along with other projects. Then it got hot in Phoenix. Still drives good but need to get it finished.

New radiator. It's an auto radiator planned for an auto swap, but even if that didn't happen the built in cooler could be used for other things.

I had to use an auto trans radiator when my OEM blew up. Am I headed for an auto tranny swap?!!

Me and the wife took Sport out for an evening drive, ended up stopping for a bite to eat at the Waffle House. On the way home we stopped by the river. 31 years ago when we were dating this was a favorite place for us to sit and eat while we watched the sun set.
