Options after Metalcloak track bar

I installed a MetalCloak front track bar and after 2 years of dealing with worn joints and wobble I'm out. The frame size is drilled out to 5/8th giving only a few options. Currie can pick up the slack there but the axle side is drilled out to 9/16th from the MetalCloak TB. My understanding is the new CE-9120TJS comes with a JJ on the axle side and it uses 1/2 bolts.
I'm looking for options to address this.
One was to try and see if a MOOG K7252 Track Bar Bushing would fit. Yes its a step back from the new JJ end but its sized to 9/16.
Is anyone aware of any other options I might consider - to address the bolt size issue?

Tighten the bolt. There is nothing to address. I had the MC bar on mine. Now I have the RJ with JJs on both ends.

So the 1mm gap between the 9/16th hole and the 1/2 bolt wont be an issue that would induce lateral movement of the axle?
I'm not expert but this feels....wrong. Happy be to incorrect but that's why I'm here.

This is a daily too, not a trailer queen or just offroad. I need it steady on the road.

It's not a problem when the bolt and its nut are correctly tightened to the correct ft-lbs. with a torque wrench. Really.

Non issue. Bolts work with clamping force. Look at your front axle lower control arms. How do they stay in place inside the slotted holes?

Hey that works for me if its not going to move. I just want to be sure before I throw parts at this thing.

You don't have an issue. Just put the bolt in and tighten it down, it will be fine and then some.

Stop already and just get the 1/2" version.

Note that you're going to reduce the available movement with this, it's unnecessary.

.0625 divided by 2 = .031 per side which is a lot smaller than the area in the slot on either side of your front lower control arm bolts.

My currie trackbar came with something more than sufficient. Not to discount that when it's needed, but I don't believe it is when buying the TB new.
