1999 30RH transmission help

1999 wrangler 2.5 30RH trans. I drove it a hour away and it did fine then all of a sudden it felt like it stumbled a time or two and quit pulling. You can turn it off and back on and it’ll pull and grind for a few seconds then nothing. No gear or 4WD combo will pull so I’m assuming it’s in the trans or torque converter. Any advice or recommendations?

Have you checked the transmission fluid is full?… TJ had a 2.5 L Rh 30 in it and the second day I had it we went riding around late at night and it did exactly the same thing as yours stop pulling and I called a tow truck and took it home, and I found I had no transmission fluid in it because there was a leak… put fluid in it and fixed the leak and never had another problem with it… ATF+4 only!

Yea fluid is full and only has about 5-10k since last change.
