The only real thing left to do is to get a battery to place in this box to run the fountain, everything else is ready to go. I'll get the battery in the next week or so - I currently have a case of that Hawaiian sickness, "Lakalute"!! ;) Oh, and I'm in negotiations over a custom gate.

In other news, it actually rained last nite, and we're now half full in the new rain bbls:

With the exception of the garden gate - which I'm in negotiations with a fabricator for that - the Ma'at garden is more-or-less complete. Here's a brief video:

Filled up. You can see the battery box under the LH bench:

Gate ordered today. Conceptual drawing, actual will have simpler Hamsa as the one depicted certainly isn't manufacturable.

Coming from a farming background I treat the areas I don’t want weeds with a pre emergent. Pre emergent stops the weeds from germinating the few that do pop up get hit with glyphosate AKA Roundup. Since we get little rain here I only have to treat every 2-3 years. My RV storage lot is covered with asphalt grindings and the only weeds I do get germinate in the grindings themselves and not the underlying soil.
Better living by better chemicals.

You can get it at Tractor Supply. It will kill brush and other broadleaf weeds that glyphosate (roundup) won’t. I use a mixture of both to spray weeds because 2-4-D will not kill grasses.
